We are working on a consultation on behalf of Leicestershire County Council on library and museum services. We particularly wish to involved seldom heard groups as follows:

·         Care-experienced young people

·         Gypsies and Travellers

·         Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people

·         Rural communities
