Race Equality Centre In Support Of Fair Treatment in Thurnby Lodge

 From The Race Equality Centre:

On 15th January, officers from The Race Equality Centre attended a meeting called by the As Salaam Trust. The meeting was also attended by nearly 60 people from different faith groups, political associations, trades unions and voluntary community associations. This congregation was invited to attend this discussion event to be informed about the real experiences of As Salaam Trust in seeking premises and a permanent home for the group.

As a result, the meeting approved a declaration of concerns.
