De Montfort University Students’ Union are running their annual Student Volunteering Week from the 11th – 16th February.
Do you have any opportunities for a group of our students to take part in? In previous Student Volunteering Weeks our students have redeveloped gardens, painted murals, ran a befriending day at Age UK, ran an arts and crafts day at Children’s Hospital School and many other activities.
DMU are open to any ideas you may have and they will arrange getting the students involved. This is a fantastic opportunity for DMU students to get involved in their local community and to make a difference.
Please, if you’re interested, call me on the number below.
If you are interested please contact Liah Maccallam, Volunteer and Societies Coordinator 0116 257 6304
