Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport, Norman Baker MP, today announced the Government had made a further 20 million pounds available for cycling interventions.
Speaking at the Leicester Active Travel Conference the Minister announced that the extra funding will be used for developing safe routes, work on dangerous junctions and increased bike parking at railway stations. To see his keynote speech to the conference visit:
