First Steps in Social Enterprise launch event in support of emerging migrant led or benefiting social enterprise on 5th December  at the  New Arts Exchange 39-41 Gregory Boulevard Nottingham 7 6BE. Please pass onto networks and contacts as appropriate. The event features opportunities to take part in taster workshops designed to 

  ·         Test your social enterprise idea

·         Develop your trading contacts and pitching for work

·        Tell you about the support available to help you scale up your enterprise 

First Steps in Social Enterprise

·        Are you a budding social entrepreneur from a migrant background, or someone with a business idea for a social enterprise that will benefit both minorities and the wider community?

·         Do you need free advice to help you get your venture off of the ground?

First Steps In Social Enterprise is A FREE opportunity to meet successful social enterprises and sector specialists at a launch event for an exciting new programme.

Who is it for?

·        People from migrant backgrounds with a social enterprise idea

 ·        People with a social enterprise idea that is migrant/minority led or community  benefitting

 ·        * Migrants are defined as anyone born outside the UK who is now residing here. ·        * Minority led refers to Black Asian Minority Ethnic or Refugee communities
