Westcotes Community Lights Festival

The Westcotes Community Lights Festival will take place on Wed 28^th Nov at Shaftesbury Junior School from 6pm-8:30pm. The event will include a unique lights display made from over 250 luminaires that have been decorated by the school pupils, which will be used by the pupils and local community to light up the school playground as a symbol of community.

The event will also include a “good wish wall”, speakers from the local community and light refreshments.

The event is aimed at bringing local people together on shared values such as community, sharing and neighbourliness.
