How to find and choose services that match your needs.ü How to gain more choice and control over your care services.ü How the payment process works in simple jargon free ways.

How to better manage your individual situation.

Confidence to make your own choices. During this half day workshop you will learn and practice decision making tools and skills that will help build your confidence. It is a safe place to think and talk about your own care needs or the needs of the person you care for.
