Sponsored Bike Ride for Bamboozle Special Needs Theatre Group

The Bamboozle Bikers team, which comprises Steve, Dave, Chris, Rich, Tom and Hilton, are biking from Lands End to Leicester (350 miles over 5 days from May 7) to raise serious money for a special needs theatre group called Bamboozle. They are just 6 ordinary guys who want to make a difference, for some really special kids.

Bamboozle work with complex special kids, in a sensory theatre based environment, to help them interact and communicate with the world. Alot of the kids are at the extreme ends of what ever spectrum they sit on, be it Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome etc, and they can be some of the most difficult to reach. But somehow, with their non judgemental, relaxed, multi-sensory, musical work , they do it, brilliantly!!!

Bamboozle also offers support to the siblings of these kids. Running sessions that improve their confidence, build friendship groups and enable the family to do activities together.

This year is the first in many that Bamboozle will not be able to offer these families a programme of activities, due to normal funding avenues receiving less money. With your help we want to be able to ensure these often isolated and lonely families keep on being enriched with the magic of Bamboozle. Please help us to help them. Thank you.
