Safe Inside – Safe Outside Look for Development Workers
SISO (Safe Inside-Safe Outside) is an emerging Mental Health Wellbeing Organisation who are currently part of the Advance Housing & Support Group. SISO is run by service users for service users.
SISO is recruiting for a total of 12 Development Workers for 3 hours per week in line with DWP Permitted Work- therefore benefits will not be affected.
Funding for these posts is focussed on ‘Promoting Employment Opportunities for People with MH Difficulties’ who are using MH services. Newly appointed workers will be responsible to the SISO Project Manager & will also receive regular tailored specialist employment support from our partner organisation Aspiro: www.aspiro.org.uk , ensuring that learning, development & long term employment opportunities are harnessed.
