Funhouse Comedy brings another night of laughter to the charming Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Thursday February 2nd.
Headliner is the relaxed and wildly talented Paul Kerensa. His excellent one-liners and inspired prop-based maths putdowns are ingenious. With his personal anecdotes and audience banter he has the crowd in the palm of his hand and his ease on stage and smart material, make him a joy to watch.
Supporting is comedian, writer and actor Tim Clark. He has been a stand-up comic for most of his adult life and is known as one of the brightest lights on the comedy scene. Travelling all over the country to perform, Tim has previously toured with Frank Skinner. His quick wit and affable nature endear him to any audience.
Completing the line-up is Kevin Dewsbury talented comedian and actor. His material is a variety of storytelling, observation and one- liners. He has the ability to mimic most accents which adds profundity to his material. Although from Cheshire, he is often mistaken as being from Yorkshire due to his ridiculous northern accent. Kevin has toured the UK and has also been the support act for Michael McIntyre, Omid Djalili and Russell Howard.
Compere for the night will be the lively and genial Spiky Mike.
