Jelson Homes DMU Leicester Riders are delighted to announce Soar Magazine as an Official Media Partner. The deal will involve both parties receiving regular coverage on each other’s websites, as well as the Riders featuring regularly in the magazine itself.

Featuring top quality sports content, the free sport, health and lifestyle magazine is hugely popular in Leicestershire and is available at various outlets in the city and county.

Soar will play a part in covering the Riders’ remaining home games of the 2009/10 campaign, and both parties will look to provide public relations exposure through their partnership.

The magazine will also aim to publicise the Riders’ excellent work in the local community, including the Hoops 4 Health initiative.

Riders’ General Manager, Russell Levenston, is delighted that the club has the opportunity to work with Soar Magazine, and realises the huge potential for both parties to raise their profile, he said:

“To be able to work with somebody as established and efficient as Soar Magazine is a fantastic step forward for the club, and we hope that as an Official Media Partner of the Riders, we will be able to assist them in expanding as well as them giving us a helping hand.”

Soar Media, the magazine’s parent company, work with the Leicestershire and Rutland Football Association, Steve Walsh and Muzzy Izzet Soccer Academy, Leicester-Shire and Rutland Sport, Leicester Market and LOROS.

Editorial Director, Dean Eldredge, is also looking forward to reaping the benefits of working with English Basketball’s oldest professional franchise.

“Our aim is to work with all the county’s major sports teams in some capacity and we are delighted to add the Riders to our growing list of clients. I’m confident that the club, our company and our partnership will continue to expand in the future.”

Soar Media pride themselves on providing high quality bespoke media and communications solutions to Leicestershire businesses. As well as providing graphic and website design, Soar are marketing and communications experts, sharing the same work ethic and passion for achieving their goals that the Riders do, both on and off the playing court.
