A new initiative for female STEM graduates
GreenSTEM is an exciting new initiative to help unemployed female STEM graduates in Leicester and Leicestershire to:

  • develop innovative business ideas for green-themed products and services
  • support each other in a network
  • receive training in business, communication, web and marketing skills
  • experience presenting ideas to the public and businesses
  • earn while you learn (thanks to Future Jobs Fund)

The project is especially interested in engaging women from ethnic backgrounds and women who consider themselves to have a disability.

There are currently 10 places to be filled. The interviews will be held on the 9th December and the project will start early in 2010.

Please can you forward this information onto possible STEM candidates and any contacts who you think might be interested?
