This new course will empower you to use digital media to broadcast yourself and be an online journalist. Whether you wish to write about a local initiative, criticise the banking system or comment on social injustice this course will help your voice be more effective.

We will learn how to research rigorously, understand copyright and legal issues, and learn about some of the technical aspects of writing for the Internet. We will aim to get articles published as we progress through the course which is being run in conjunction with Leicester-based Citizen’s Eye (www.citizenseye.org)
Tutor Mark Cooper Fee £58 (concessions A £52.50, B Free)
Venue WEA, 101 Hinckley Road, Leicester
