The LeicestHERday Trust, in partnership with Skills For Enterprise and funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) is inviting budding business women to attend their forthcoming Mind Your Own Business event in Belgrave.

The event is FREE and will take place at Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre, Rothley Street, Leicester LE4 6LF on Tuesday 15th October 2009 from 10am – 2.30pm.

Aimed at women who are thinking of starting up in business, or in their early years of business development, Mind Your Own Business promises to inspire and inform all who attend as well as sparking confidence in women to step up and achieve their business goals and ambitions.

A networking lunch is provided for all and business support stall holders will be on hand to offer their advice on business start up.  Organisations attending include HMRC, Barclays Bank plc, Sahara Consultancy, Skills for Enterprise, Enterprise Ecologies, Loud and Clear, and more.

All attendees will receive a complimentary 1.5 hour confidence building workshop within the programme led by a professional development coach, as well as a  presentation on “How use your voice as a marketing tool” by Priscilla Morris, of Loud and Clear UK.

Sandy Leong of Sahara Consultancy will be helping delegates start with the basics with a Business Planning workshop which has been described as “very helpful and enjoyable” in past events.

So if you want to speak with self-belief and shape a more compelling and confident future in business then this event is a must for you!

There is no charge to attend but all places must be booked. Reserve your place now by contacting Kate on 0116 257 5615 or email kate@leicestherday.org.uk
