This visit will enable Philippe Lane and Brigitte Effemey to visit the University and the School and will reinforce the close links that the School has established with the rest of Europe through research and the Erasmus programme. All Modern Languages students spend a year abroad as part of their degree course. Many spend their year abroad as Erasmus students in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Germany.”
