Master Ma has recently returned to the UK and re-established his classes in Leicester.

Master Ma was born into a family famous for their martial arts. His family has helped shaped the way martial arts has developed in China over the last few decades with all the major wushu stars training in his family style.

Ma has taught Martial Arts and Tai Ji in England, France, Japan and Russia as well as in China, where he lectured for 5 years at Xian Sports Institute. He has been involved in martial arts films and television both as an actor and as fight choreographer, as well as assisting his father in teaching Jet Li.

He is a Chinese National Wushu Champion and he is a graduate of the most prestigious Wushu University in China.

Master Ma’s classes are based at the Leicester YMCA.

Friday 18.30 – 20.30

Sunday 11.30 – 14.30

The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities focusing on natural health, strength and mental wellbeing
