Mobile phones have the potential to transform reporting and place the power of reporting in the hands of the public.

Mobile telephony provides low-cost options for people to get involved in the gathering of local news, important to them but largely ignored by the mainstream media.

Citizens Eye will be organising training sessions for members of the public who wish to become contributors of news to our news site.
